Hello Roomie – Child Safety Standards

1. About These Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Hello Roomie application, website, services, and related user-generated content operated by Pitlox Or Pitlox Technologies ("Hello Roomie", "we", "us", or "our").

Hello Roomie is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

These standards apply to all users, profiles, listings, photographs, messages, communications, and other content or interactions available through Hello Roomie.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Hello Roomie strictly prohibits any activity involving the sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of children.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Creation, upload, storage, sharing, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM.

• Sexualized content involving minors.

• Sexual solicitation or sexual communication with minors.

• Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes.

• Arranging or facilitating sexual activity involving a minor.

• Offering, requesting, exchanging, or distributing sexual material involving minors.

• Using Hello Roomie to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children.

• Attempting to obtain personal information, photographs, videos, or other material from a child for sexual or exploitative purposes.

• Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

There is no exception to this prohibition.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Hello Roomie does not permit CSAM on its platform.

Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, solicits, or sexualizes the abuse or exploitation of children is prohibited.

Users must not upload, share, request, distribute, link to, or otherwise facilitate access to such material through Hello Roomie.

4. Grooming and Sexual Solicitation

Hello Roomie prohibits grooming and sexual solicitation involving minors.

Users must not use the platform to establish or develop relationships with children for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or obtaining sexualized content.

Attempts to move a child to another platform, communication channel, website, or service for the purpose of facilitating sexual abuse or exploitation are also prohibited.

5. User Reporting and Complaints

Users can report suspected child-safety violations or other inappropriate behavior through the reporting mechanisms available within Hello Roomie.

When making a report, users should provide as much relevant information as possible, including:

• The username or profile involved.

• Relevant listing or content details.

• Screenshots or other available evidence, where appropriate.

• A description of the suspected violation.

• Any relevant dates or circumstances.

We encourage users to report suspected child exploitation or abuse immediately.

6. Action Against Violations

Hello Roomie takes reports concerning child safety seriously.

Where we identify or receive credible reports of CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or other child-safety violations, we may take appropriate action, including:

• Removing or restricting violating content.

• Suspending or permanently terminating accounts.

• Restricting access to Hello Roomie services.

• Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.

• Investigating reported activity.

• Taking measures to prevent repeated violations.

• Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.

We may also take action against attempts to circumvent account restrictions or enforcement measures.

7. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Hello Roomie may cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities and other appropriate organizations in connection with suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, CSAM, or other unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Where legally required, we may preserve and provide relevant information to appropriate authorities.

8. Protection of Children

Hello Roomie is not intended to be used as a platform for sexual interactions involving children.

We prohibit the use of Hello Roomie for any activity that could facilitate the abuse, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or sexualization of children.

Users who encounter suspected child exploitation or abuse should report it immediately through the reporting mechanisms described in these standards.

9. Enforcement of These Standards

These standards apply to all users and all areas of Hello Roomie where users can create, upload, communicate, interact, or share information.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, termination of accounts, and/or referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.

Hello Roomie reserves the right to take preventive or protective action when necessary to protect users and maintain platform safety.

Hello Roomie maintains a designated Child Safety Point of Contact who is responsible for receiving and responding to child-safety-related concerns and who is prepared to discuss our organization's practices concerning the prevention of CSAM and CSAE and compliance with applicable child-safety requirements.

11. Commitment to Child Safety

Hello Roomie is committed to preventing and responding to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.

We will continue to review and improve our safety practices, reporting mechanisms, moderation procedures, and enforcement measures to help maintain a safe platform.
